What Is The Story?

Toto, a seemingly ordinary, visually impaired pet cat, secretly leads a double life as a highly skilled ninja! When dusk falls, she and her brother, Silver, have to embark on a quest across London to recapture a nasty King Cobra who has escaped into the city. Can Toto and Silver outsmart the reptile and protect the capital from the snake before the sun comes up?
